Cancellation Fee Example
Let us suppose the total price of the tour is USD 2000 per person which includes Yangtze River Cruise price of USD 400 per person and other tour price of USD 1600 per person. The price of Yangtze River Cruise remains the same in all tourist classes but the tour price of USD 1600 per person is just the price for 2-5 persons tourist class.
If Tourist Class Unchanged
Suppose there are 3 members in a tour group which includes a Yangtze River Cruise. If one member canceled his tour the tourist class is still within 2-5 persons class. Before Member B cancels his tour, each one of them should pay for the tour:

If Tourist Class Changed
Suppose there are 2 members in a tour group which includes a Yangtze River Cruise. If one member canceled his tour the tourist class changes to 1 person class. Before Member B cancels his tour, each one of them should pay for the tour:

If Member B cancels his tour 10 days before departure the cancellation fee is: USD 1600 × 20% ＋ USD 400 ＝ USD 720. Each one of them should pay:

If Member A wants to enjoy the same service standard he should pay a supplement of USD 500 which he shared with Member B before Member B canceled his tour. The supplement includes the increased prices of private car, tour guides, hotel rooms, restaurants and domestic transportation fee.
The money in the two examples is just used to explain the examples. The actual money you need to pay will be calculated according to the tour you book.
