Chengdu Tan's Fish Head Restaurant
The restaurant was named after the inventor's name "Tan Changan". The restaurant is well-known for its delicious fish head hotpot. The restaurant was so called then to commenmorate Mr.Tan.

Chuanchuan Xiang is most favorite food of Chengdu women, which is cheap and with various choice. When local people are enjoying their Chuanchuan, they will chat happily and freely, and this chatting way they called it "Bai Long Meng". And Yulin Chuanchuan Xiang is one of the most famous restaurants of Chuanchuan Xiang.
