Hello! It has been a long time since I wrote - we have been very busy since returning to Nanjing after the trip to the Three Gorges. We enjoyed the Victoria Cruise very, very much - it truly was wonderful. The ship was great, the food was great, and the weather was also great, really warm. Everything about the cruise worked out wonderfully - and also, we were promptly and efficiently met by CITS at the various airports and off the ship. Thanks very, very much for everything that you did. So, on to our next trip - to Nanchang! We received the itinerary which you proposed, and had a few questions/queries, and would really appreciate it if you could do another itinerary/cost for us. Also, could yo do the estimate in RMB, since living in Nanjing and not being American, we don't use/have American money.

I am writing to provide you with some feedback on the tour that your agency booked for my son and I (Christopher Davis and Matthew Forell-Davis) with Victoria Cruises, your tour code A-0320David-2.

I was very pleased with 'Alice," the local CITS tour guide who met us at the airport and took us to the Holiday Inn where we met the Victoria Cruise representatives. Her English very good and she was friendly and welcoming. She was aware of the low river level problem and explained it to us before we reached the hotel. I will recommend her to my professional colleagues in China who need a local tour guide in Chongqing. Although I was upset about the situation, I was very pleased with their response. Because of low water levels on the Yangtze, the ship was unable to come up river as far as Chongqing and Victoria Cruises made very nice arrangements for us to stay overnight at the Holiday Inn.
