Ms. Angela Gong, Thank you for the Merry Christmas wish.I did not fill out the evaluation form from the trip but I wanted to make a few comments about your service.

First of all, your service was excellent. I have recommended you to anyone who is thinking of coming to China. My guide in Wuhan, Mike, and his driver were very nice to me. I felt very safe with them. The Holiday Inn in Wuhan was a very good hotel.The River Trip was very nice. I had good accommodations. Recommendations for you. For anone who does speak Chinese, it would be very nice. Overall, I had a wonderful trip to China and highly recommend it to my friends.

We received your New Year's greeting and were glad to hear from you.We are very sorry we did not get to meet you personally when we were at the Guilin CITS office, and unfortunately cannot identify you in the staff picture.

Anyway, we would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the other staff members for all of your excellent assistance during our recent China trip. Our Yangtze cruise was wonderful and so enjoyable.

Good Morning Victor:

I have been intending to write you a thank you note for all your help on the Miller/Neahring trip to China last month. You were absolutely incredible with your help in reservations as well as your flexibility and ability to change reservations at a moment's notice when John became ill. Susan and John have spoken of you frequently upon their return and always are very complimentary of your customer service skills and attitude. This trip would have been much more difficult if it had not been for your help. I cannot thank you enough.

I hope all is going well with you. John is seeing medical specialists here in the states to determine the cause of his extreme pain. He had a number of tests today and hopes to see his specialists later this week.

Dear Aileen, I would like to give you a follow-up on our tour of China. We found our experience to be very interesting and enlightening. China is a remarkable country, and there are not enough superlatives to describe what we found. The Yangtze River was one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The depth of history is almost incomprehensible; given how short the history of the United States is after the Europeans arrived. I was amazed at the complexities of early Chinese civilizations. Thank you so much. We received our airplane tickets in Beijing as promised. We were met at the airport in Chongqing as promised. Our tour guide, David, accompanied us to the hotel. He was polite and eager to share with us information about Chongqing. He seemed to enjoy his job. He verified our arrangements at the hotel before he left. The hotel in Chongqing was very nice.
