My wife and I returned from our trip to China and Japan last night. I want to write and give you feedback on CITS's services as you requested.
We could not have been more pleased. You even managed to give us perfect weather!

First of all, the guides in both Guilin and Kunming were excellent. English was very good, and they were most helpful in every way, with perfect flexibility.

The itineraries you recommended could not have been better. By the way, thank you for insisting on one full day in Yangshuo. It turned out to be the most enjoyable day in China. The hotels were also excellent and the food was very good as well.

When all is said and done, I give you and CITS the highest marks for service. Our lengthy communications via e-mail were enormously helpful. We could never have done so much by letter or fax.
