China is truly a magnificent country! I must commend each of our guides, Vincent Wang (Beijing), Ann (Zhangxinxin) (Xian), Jiajia Tang (Shanghai) and Cecilia (Suzhou) for their professionalism, expertise, and friendliness. Each of them are truly wonderful ambassadors for the city they represent and they made our stay in each city a great experience. They are certainly assets to your organization! I would recommend China Highlights to anyone based on the guides that we had. If you would please pass my email to each of them to Thank them so much for making our trip one of the best we've taken. Dear Candy,
Though we are back from our trip about over a month now, yet things seem to be happening and delayed a message that we were planning to send on the trip. We had a great vacation and that is thanks to your organising it. We had one comment that both my wife and I wanted to relay to you and it concerns the JC Mandarin in Shanghai: The hotel is good . Though during our stay they cleaned the hallway on the floor where we had our room.
 

Betty (in Beijing) was the most efficient; in retrospect. She is followed by Sissy from your office.  It is hard to say which was the best. We do think that the Cruise and the forbidden city were the most memorable.  A compliment for the waterfall hotel in Guilin. With regards to meals outside the hotels, generally the food was good; however and understandably, a lot of Chinese food. But then no complaints, if you are in China, it has to be Chinese food.

I first learned of China Highlights through Google. Eva Wang was assigned as my travel advisor. She has proven to be a remarkable advisor. Very patient as I awaited word whether my travel companions would join me....then I kept adjusting dates. And finally, because of family cicumstances, I cancelled the trip altogether, only to rebook it the next day. Through all of this, Eva has remained very professional and calm and organized. She has been very helpful in providing me with a custom tour for a solo traveler. I now am really looking forward to this trip due largely to her efforts. She is the reason I will come back again to China Highlights. And I will be sure to tell my close friends and associates of the superb service I have recieved. What a shame I will not be traveling to Guilin, I wish I could stop in and say "Thank you" directly to Eva. But, many, many thanks regardless.

Hi Leon
I was in China for about 30 days, 7 days of which I was on the train trip to Lhassa. Your tour guides were thoughtful and helpful.

The best part of the Tibet trip was the incredible scenery along the train line. By that I don't mean to downplay the attractions in Lhassa, but I had seen them before on a previous trip there.

The second thing that impressed me was the incredible changes that have taken place in Lhassa since 1990.

Noteworthy places in Beijing were the Bai Jia Da Yuan Restaurant and the Quon Jude Restaurant, and shopping in the Pearl Market was a lot of fun.
