I just wanted to drop you a line to tell you what a fantastic time I had on my trip and how much I appreciate your work, and the work of the wonderful guides you provided. Rita in Beijing and Adam in Shanghai (i can't remember their Chinese names unfortunately)were both great, reliable, informative, personable, everything a person could want. I really liked them both.

Also, although she doesn't work for china highlights, I thought I should tell you that my tour guide on my second day in Xian Sharon (qianqian), was terrific. She actually made me feel like a friend, rather than just another silly tourist. If you ever open up and office in Xian, you should definitely acquire her services, she was really good.

I must admit, you really take care of your clients; the hotels were much better than i was expecting and the tours were so well organized, I didn't have to worry about a thing. My only criticisms would be the westernized buffet lunches which were good but I would prefer to eat ...more

We have just returned from our trip to Bejing and it was EXCELLENT!

The taxi was easy and the hotel was helpful. Our tour guide was also EXCELLENT!! She accomodated the changes that we made to our trip because we missed the first day (when the plane was full). Our tour was complete in three days instead of four.

Dear Angela
I am sorry it has taken me so long to reply to your email. Our trip to China really was so successful. Shanghai was very exciting. Talia visited Fudan University and is probably going to apply to study there next year. The guide Susie, who took us round was very good. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very interesting. We liked her very much. She really did more than was necessary to make sure everything was going well for us. We appreciated that when Arik was sick she arranged that our tour could be postponed for a day.

The hotel was excellent (and the breakfast buffet was hot enough!) It had great views from the room and we could walk from the Bund and Nanjing Rd.

We took the Maglev train to the airport when we left Shanghai. It was a great experience and some other visitors might enjoy it too, especially if there are children. We thought it was 40 yuan each if you had a plane ticket but it was only if it was a "paper" ticket not an eticket which we had, so we paid 50 ...more

Hi Angela,
Good morning, there is no need for us to come to the office, unless it is to get warm, it is cold.
Our stay here was excellent, we had a most dedicated guide and driver team. Qi Shu Ren and Xuant were fantastic.
Guilin is a beautiful city, the Li river cruise and the caves left us breathless, We would have liked to spend more time here, perhaps next time.
