China Tour Testimonials

Dear Candy,
How are you? I send you the picture and the following testimonial, which you may want to put on your homepage. Thanks for everything you did.

Dear Candy, we just came back and the first thing we've had to do, was to thank you for the wonderful time we've spend in China. We are very sad that we had to leave already. We traveled so many countries so far, including some Asian countries as well, but this experience topped it all. Every stay was unique and overwhelming. The hotels in Xian and Guilin were very nice and the service personal more than welcoming. Our guides made us feel safe and we had not to worry about anything. Their knowledge seemed infinite since they had an answer to every single question. The drivers were driving so safe, that even we had to ask them to drive a little faster. The sights you selected were all very ...more

Karen,
The tour guide that I did not mention by name was Peter Pan. He did a great job! They are did. I can not say enough good things about the tour guides. They were all flexible, friendly, and helpful. Allen in Beijing and Ryan in Shanghai did a tremendous job of helping us. They made arrangements for the opera and the acrobats and made certain that our transportation needs were met. There were simply wonderful. I would recommend them all to my friends.

Lyn,
The Beijing Peninsula and the Intercontinental are both wonderful hotels. The service, quality of food, and the accommodations were lovely. I think if we had to choose we preferred the Intercontinental. (They make the best Appletini I have ever tasted.) The staff was incredibly helpful when we needed to ship home some gifts we had purchased. The service was slightly better at the Intercontinental. Please feel free to use my comments on your website. Your company provided great service. Your tour guides were knowledgeable, ...more

Dear Elaine,
To choose the most memorable attraction would be difficult, but definitely the great wall was an experience. Guilin, Longsheng, Dali and Lijiang were all favourites with us as well. The most outstanding tour guide would be Emily from Beijing. She was definitely our favourite and if you could please pass on our recommendation to any future customers. The hotels and meals were all up to standard. We loved the hotel in Dali and Beijing. The Lijiang hotel was a bit disappointing but it was okay Would definitely recommend your company to our friends and family.
Katherine

Candy,
Thanks for the lovely bookmarks you sent through Steve Coopersmith, and thanks for all the arrangements for our time in China. We are still talking about it with our friends and family. The hotels were all great, the cruise on the Yangtze delightful, we saw many fascinating sights, the guides were great (Ann in Xi'an and Lucy in Shanghai were especially good), help from all the guides at the airports was most appreciated, and so many wonderful things to see. I especially appreciate the way you helped my father locate us via Ann's cell phone in Xi'an. He is 81 and was anxious about our welfare following the news of the earthquake. Once he knew we were okay, he was quite pleased with himself for hunting us down. I would not hesitate recommending you and China Highlights to others. Trust this finds you and yours well and looking forward to the excitement for China of having the ...more
