Hi Candy,
Dunhuang: All four of us were extremely happy with the guide and driver. Helen took us to the Sand Dunes very early in the morning. A very good advice since it got very hot nearer lunch time. She told us about the history of the Mogao Grottoes which complimented the wonderful tour we had through the different caves. The driver was very considerate by getting the car cooled down before we arrived back and drove to the next attraction. This is perfect service. The Hotel rooms were good. The Hotel overall was good. However, the breakfast was not to our liking. We are used to Chinese breakfasts by now but the selection offered by this Hotel was too different for us. Lunch was wonderful. Helen took us to a lovely restaurant which had both airconditioning and delicious food. The selection of the Xi'an and the Shanghai Hotels is very good. It was nice to meet you in Guilin. We are in Hong Kong at the moment and enjoying the big city atmosphere.

First we like to mention how very helpful you have been to us. We originally had booked the "Tibet Tour" when we were still in New Zealand in January 2007. Unfortunately I got a cold and a bad sinusitis and we had to cancel that trip. You were very kind and let us know that we had not lost our deposit but we could use the money for another trip. This is a courtesy we had not expected and were very pleasantly surprised. Our deposit was available to us for 18 months.

We then asked you to prepare a trip for us that included Chengdu, Chongqing and on to Guilin.( 19 days) We had booked several day trips and guided tours. The guides were great! Always on time, extremely friendly and they all moulded the tours around our needs.

Hello Morgen,

We are now at home in New Zealand & have recovered from our jetlag. Peter & I would like to say thankyou very much for making our trip to China even more memorable by China Highlights wonderful service.

The guides were excellent & we felt very safe & cared for in their hands. Apart from the fantastic things we have seen & the food we have eaten, the best thing was knowing that everything was taken care of by China Highlights for us. We knew that if we wanted to change anything , we could if it was possible.

I feel that the writeup in the information data E-mailed to us about the SHANGHAI URBAN PLANNING EXHIBITION HALL did not do the place justice.
We did not want to go there originally but our guide Jeffray encouraged us & it was a wonderfully informative adventure to be there. We could have spent more time.

I will be using your services again when we next decide to come to China.
