A belated thankyou for the wonderful holiday you organised in China in June this year for my husband and I. We spent an interesting few days in Beijing - the Exhibition Hall was fascinating - we could have spent hours there. What a wonderful collection of Olympics modern art they have - we would not have known anything about this building if you hadn't arranged it. The Beijing Opera was wonderful and we thoroughly enjoyed our exhausting walk on the Great Wall!

The time in Xi'an was magical - we will definately return to that city sometime. As expected the Terracotta Army was awesome, the Hot Springs beautiful (again could have spent a lot longer there), the museum fascinating and the city itself was a delight to wander around in the evening and watch the street dancing and singing. Our guide, David, arranged a Tang Dynasty Show which we really enjoyed - along with the Dumpling Banquet that you kindly offered us - lovely food!

back home with a little jet lag ....

the whole trip was superb a lot of planning and discussion went into our trip and it paid off

we had an upgrade from UK to Beijing which set us up nicely ........ Hao Yuan is a great small hotel which set the Chinese scene very well ..... flight tickets arrived as promised (the last flight tickets came on the 3 Kingdoms)

most impressed with your helpful advice and your website which is a mine of info and the way "everything" just happened

Peter the great wall guide was great and the walk was one of many highlights and well worth the effort

the cruise boat 3 kingdoms was everything we wished for both for the character and the mainly Chinese travellers ...... a very friendly crew and staff and a lot of fun was enjoyed after dinner
a special thanks and appreciation to DINA who included us at all times and always spoke very good English she was a real gem

I had a great first visit to China. Shanghai was vibrant, a real noodles and dollars collision of east meets west. My China Highlights tour was better than I could have hoped for. I found Yellow Mountain stunningly beautiful and Jerry was a perfect guide. My overnight train trip to Guilin was good fun and my time with Lisa on and around the Li River was also very beautiful. I realised that my trip would have been impossible without Jerry and Lisa to help. They made everything work and were friendly, helpful with excellent local knowledge. I am already advising anyone who is interested in seeing the real China to book through you.
