Opened in 1995 and refurbished in 2007, the President Hotel Guangzhou is located in Tianhe district, an area full of office buildings and shopping centers. In the neighborhood of the Hotel, there are the East Train Station, Pazhou International Conference Center, famous shopping centers such as the Teem Plaza, Grandview Plaza, Victoria Plaza, the Tianhe Hi-tech Development District, the Information Harbor, and the campuses of some colleges. It is 15 minutes'drive to Pazhou Complex.

The President Hotel Guangzhou has 230 rooms, both are cozy, comfortable, and elegantly decorated, a dinning hall for up to 1,000 diners, a conference center that can hold over 600 attendees, a grand hall that has no pillar, equipped with advanced presentation and display facilities, and is suitable for wedding ceremony, business meeting, exhibition, product promotion, company anniversary, or other meetings, parties, or gatherings.

The Shark's Fin and Seafood Restaurant serves delicious Cantonese food in a cosy ambience. Guests can enjoy some delicious snacks and refreshing drinks at the cafe, which is also an ideal place to relax after a tiring day.
