As China's first five-star deluxe river cruise ships, the "East King" and the "East Queen", owned and managed by Hubei Orient Royal Cruise Ship Limited, are respectively started operation in August 1994 and April 1995. It is the best ship on the Yangtze River.
Both ships boast well sanitation Conditions. There is a clinic with a doctor on the boat and sufficient Common medicines. All the cleaning cloths are used only once. And the boat is disinfected with Johnston products before the passengers board it. They try to keep every corner on the boat ventilated by opening every possible window or gate. All the appliances, like towels, sheets, dishware, and bathrooms in the cabin are disinfected with Johnson products or distilled.
Similar in comfort and luxury, both ships offer the largest passenger cabins on the Yangtze River. The East King and the East Queen both provide accommodation for 192 passengers in 96 cabins, including 2 Royal Suites and 2 Executive Suites. Large picture windows in each beautifully-appointed stateroom offer breathtaking views of the scenery alongside the River.
Shipboard dining offers a choice of Asian and Western menus for your dining pleasure. The main dining room serves a variety of sumptuous Chinese and international entrees. To enhance your meals, they have an extensive selection of fine wines from around the world. For more casual dining or an aromatic cup of coffee, enjoy the Cruise Café located on the Bridge Deck.
They offer a wonderful mix of recreation and entertainment facilities. General shipboard amenities include a fully-equipped fitness center, health spa with a sauna, steam-bath and invigorating massage, a beauty salon, shops and private KTV rooms. Entertainment spots include our popular Valentino's Nightclub where passengers can sing or dance the night away, game rooms, cafes and restaurants. In addition to offering exciting shore excursions, on-board activities include movies, Tai Chi classes, cooking classes, Chinese calligraphy lectures, theme lectures on Chinese family and culture, Mah-jong, Bingo, chess games and a festive Chinese wedding night.
